1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OWYA Academy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The educational content, exercises, reflections, and materials provided on this platform are designed for personal growth, self-reflection, and philosophical exploration.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials within the Academy (including articles, worksheets, video content, code, custom layouts, and designs) are the intellectual property of OWYA. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. You may not distribute, reproduce, sell, or modify our materials without explicit written consent.

3. Accounts and Security

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and are liable for any activities occurring under your account. Shared accounts are not permitted and may result in revocation of access.

4. Payments, Refunds & Withdrawal

All payments are processed by Stripe. OWYA does not store card details.
Voluntary OWYA policy: OWYA does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee.
Statutory rights: Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Immediate digital access: Checkout asks for a separate express request to begin supplying digital content immediately after payment. The legal effect of that request depends on the law that applies; it does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
OWYA may issue a discretionary refund where necessary. Doing so does not create a general money-back guarantee. A confirmed full refund revokes the related Paid Core access only after OWYA processes the signed payment-provider webhook; a partial refund does not independently change access.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland (Canton of Zurich), without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
